Make sure to get plenty of rest and remain hydrated. Your head will heal and I pray that you don't get the flu, I have been fighting it for two weeks, a terrible lingering cough!

Hope you feel better. Just eat small healthy meals.

Maybe eat more frequent, smaller "meals" that are healthy, and take a break from exercising until you're feeling better. Probably not a good idea to exercise after your fall not to mention the flu.
Feel better and take good care!

I am not feeling well either. Even though I am tracking. I am taking the day off of exercise.

While it is important to keep moving and eating well, it's also just as important to listen to your body and rest when you aren't feeling well. One day, one choice at a time!!

I slipped on the ice Thursday and got a pretty good gash in my head now Im also feeling like the flu is coming on. Im trying to be motivated but its tough when things go wrong. How do you handle eating right and staying active when your sick?
