Maybe eat more frequent, smaller "meals" that are healthy, and take a break from exercising until you're feeling better. Probably not a good idea to exercise after your fall not to mention the flu. Feel better and take good care!

I am not feeling well either. Even though I am tracking. I am taking the day off of exercise.

I slipped on the ice Thursday and got a pretty good gash in my head now Im also feeling like the flu is coming on. Im trying to be motivated but its tough when things go wrong. How do you handle eating right and staying active when your sick?
