I recomend joining teams that are heading in your direction. Then you have many people to choose from who some of which are available 24 hours a day to talk you down from the fudge sunday or the beer or the super taco. Say Yes to spark teaming...

Hey everyone I haven't really used sparkpeople very much so I am pretty new to it, this is day two for me of being active outdoors and starting the journey to getting healthy. Id love to find people similar to me so I know im not alone, ive sent many people on here messages but still nothing back. I really can't do this alone, I have tried to many times and failed if you are looking for someone to fight this battle with please message me.
