here is a quick and easy recipe for you fry your mince up and break down as you fry it with small onion if you have one, if you don't make it without it. then make a rue or white sauce.
melt 3 tablespoons of butter add 3 tablespoons of flour , and milk , salt and pepper stiring for on minute. You will want it to be consistency of heavy cream. Spread this over toast. My kids loved this when they were little.
You could try making a beef stroganoff and serve it on toast. Get your veggies later in the week, whatever's cheap.

If you have an i phone, there are a lot of free applications that you can get that you just plug in the ingredients that you have and it will come up with recipes for you. There are also web sites that you can do this with too. Just goggle "recipes" or "chicken recipes (or whatever meat you want to use)" and a lot of web sites will come up. Good luck
