So I've been doing Jillian's 30DS and today is my last day on level 2. I've been feeling worried that the program won't work for me as it did for others, because according to the scale I've gained about 0.5 kg (about 1 pound), my conscience has been eating at me for the times I've overindulged... (need to get control over my sweet tooth) and on top of all that I'm not really seeing a big difference in the way my clothes fit. But I do feel stronger and more toned.
*BUT I've measured myself this morning and there are (however small) RESULTS!
Upper Arms went from [28 to 27.5] cm / [11.02 to 10.83] inches
Bust went from [95 to 94] cm / [37.4 to 37] inches
Waist went from [77 to 75] cm / [30.31 to 29.53] inches
Hips/Tummy went from [96 to 94] cm / [37.8 to 37] inches
Bum... got larger, but I think it's because he got lifted and toned 'cause he look alright :P [100 to 102] cm / [39.37 to 40.16] inches
Thighs went from [58 to 54.5] cm / [22.83 to 21.46] inches
Although small changes, I'm still happy to get results within 20 days so far.
So for the last 10 days, I'm really going to commit to eating properly (100%) and when I crave sweetness I'll have fruits instead, hoping to shed a few pounds though.
I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT TO THOSE WHO FEEL DEMOTIVATED AND LIKE QUITTING, DON'T STOP! YOU'RE GETTING CLOSER EACH DAY IF YOU JUST KEEP GOING.
Has anyone else been doing the 30DS or something similar lately? Share your progress please :) I always get motivated by other people.
