on your resolve to recommit to working towards your goal. Congratulations on you already great success. I wish you success with your goals...even if they may be just a little delayed. The point is to create a healthy life style and learn how to get back on track when you sway a little. Looks like you have the determination to do this. Go for it!

I've had quite a bit of success since I've been here with SP. I've lost just over 40 lbs since Jan (just over 50 lbs total). Lately I've been falling back into old bad habits. Eating while cooking, finishing my kids' plates, munching on left overs, and my sweet tooth is in full force for the first time in months. I don't know whether it's because I'm more comfortable with new body or because I'm falling back into that self sabotage mode that I've struggled with in the past. I've done so well resisting unnecessary food, with the exception of recently. I've allowed for my setback (I put on a few pounds) and now I'm struggling to get back at it. I REALLY want to accomplish the goal SP gave me! I need to lose about 7 lbs by the end of the month, but I don't see that happening at this point. Not giving up, just frustrated.
