I use the incline trainer at the gym and it definitely DOES have me in full body sweat and my HR is always at max... what kind of program are you running... I do interval 1-1 ratio 18% minimum, 25-30% maximum for 30 minutes. There is no question I am doing HEAVY cardio with this program...

eat food. not too much. mostly plants.

Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)
Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!)
Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)

Does anyone use this? I have had mine for 2 months and feel like I'm not using it up to its potential. I also purchased an iFit subscription. Does anyone use the Jillian Michaels training program with it?

I can't run because of a knee injury which is why I got an incline treadmill so I'm especially curious to hear from anyone who uses this for walking/climbing.
