In the winter I go from running to using my nordic track - the classic pro wooden ski machine. It's great for keeping in shape, but I think read-out for calories burned must be off. For a 60 minute, 6.5 mile work out it says I'm burning 800-900 calories. Pretty sure that can't be right or I'd be starving, which I'm not. Any ideas?
