Don't worry ! You really are doing just fine. Missing a workout now and then or even eating a bit more than you want WILL NOT make or break your healthy lifestyle. If you eat right 80% of the time, you're still doing better than the average American. Remember, you don't have to be perfect to be healthy.
There are going to be days you eat more than others. There are going to be days you can't exercise. That doesn't make you a bad person or an unhealthy one. It makes you human.
Be kind to yourself as you would to others. You really are making great progress.

I agree, you really are doing fantastic. And I second the 10 minute Coach Nicole videos. I have done those times when I thought I didn't have time or energy thinking "I will start and if I don't finish I'm OK with that" and then ended up finishing them and feeling better about it. But if you don't that's OK too....it's called "Life" which unfortunately doesn't always make allowances for our little nightmare days.Keep up the good work!
Great job on not emotionally eating and keeping things in check for the big picture. You have the right attitude and perspective on things that happened, which is awesome!! Definitely don't panic! I'm not sure what time it is where you are, but if you have 5-10 minutes and want to get a little exercise in, try one of Coach Nicole's short videos in the Articles & Videos tab or do a short burst of exercise on your own. Every little bit counts, but even if you don't do that tonight, one day will not make you lose all the progress you have made. Keep moving forward - you are doing fantastic!

My 10 year old is very sick with bronchitis so there was just no time or energy for a workout. My eating wasn't the best either. But one thing that has changed is that even with a sick kid, two cars in the shop and a broken from crown, I am not emotionally eating like I used to. I ate too much today but it was more from not having the time to eat properly because of everything going on. I didn't binge or eat terrible stuff. Just not good portion control or nutrition. I am trying to see this a as bump on the long road and to panic!
