Thank you for the welcome and congratulations on your awesome success to date!! Thank you also for the offer to reach out as needed. I guess I didn't really check out the web site that much when I first signed on last year. I can't believe how much awesome information there is on this site and how much support is offered. I think with a willpower and a lot of motivation and support both of which are clearly offered there can't be anything but success!! A forty pound weight loss is absolutely a wonderful success. I know you will reach your goal. Looking forward to chatting more.

Hello and emoticon BACK!! My name is Angela and I have been on this site since June. Congratulations on taking your first steps to a brand new you and a new weight loss experience where you are supported by en entire community of like-minded people. This website is dedicated to helping people who want a healthier lifestyle including issues with eating healthy and exercising, as well as support forums where we talk about specific issues.

So welcome and enjoy! If you have questions, you can always reach out and send me a SparkMail, or stop by my SparkPage at the link below. We can do this together, with encouragement and support from others, and SparkPeople has really great resources for any kind of workout or condition!

The community aspect is what is saving my life right now. I have lost 40 pounds in 6 months, and nothing for the past 2, but the people here keep me coming back and I know that this plateau will break one day, so I just keep up the honestly hard work and know it will pay off!

Welcome back!

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome, and Enjoy!

I logged onto this site almost a year ago today to start a journey and like many other times failed. I am truly hopeful that if I get more involved in the community and look for support by posting blogs and messages that I will be more successful. I feel that communication is key and perhaps that is what I was missing in the past emoticon
