Im new here obviously haha. I used to never drink soda then a few months back I got realllllllly addicted. I would ONLY drink soda. Id have a million things to drink in my fridge but if theres no soda, Ill go thirsy!
However I quit a week ago, I didnt change my diet at all!! Literally at all! I only would drink water, sometimes a sobe water just to fight the craving, I had a green tea once in that week, and my coffee of course! BUT ABSOLUTELY NO SODA AND I LOST 4 LBS IN ONE WEEK.
