Looking in the mirror I see a stranger looking back. This woman is middle aged and seriously dowdy. She has no spark and seems to have the weight of the world on her shoulders. Is this really me? When did this happen? Time to take action before my life has passed me by. 12kgs to lose. Easy? I hope that with the help of SparkPeople it will be.
