You are right, you really have to almost change your lifestyle. :p I used to do my own little diets and starve myself of certain things. The way I see it now, you have to just find healthy things you love and buy those things. Also, its ok to enjoy things you like every once in a while. :) Nothing wrong with rewards right?

Hi everyone. My name is Christine. I am a wife and mother of 4...3 boys and a girl. I absolutely have an addiction to food and diets don't work anymore. I need a complete lifestyle change with as much support and understanding from people who actually know what I'm going through.
