Thanks for sharing this! I am limiting my wine intake to once a week, when I go out to dinner with friends, but I admit, I get really really excited about it - like too much, haha! Hopefully it will get better with time...

I've been feeling the same. The less I drink, and the more infrequently, the less I want to drink. One more bad habit dropped, and I wasn't even necessarily trying!

I totally understand; I felt the same when my desire to drink dissipated. I believe a large factor to credit in my case was a dietary change. I'm happy for you.
