I work out at least 5 days a week, and eat exactly what I'm supposed to from breakfast till dinner. I drink more than enough water, watch my fiber intake, calorie, carb, fat, etc.... I should be the picture of perfect health...........Until I sit down to watch tv at night. This is when I suddenly lose all control and have got to eat junk. It is usually popcorn every night, sometime followed by ice cream. Way to sabotage myself!
I know the easiest thing to do would be stop watching tv at night, but that is what my husband loves to do with me. We watch a couple hours of our shows together, so I can't give that up.
So here is my challenge.... No snack after dinner for 1 week. I'm hoping that it is just a habit that I can break. If anyone wants to join me or has any suggestions on what I can do instead of snack while watching our shows, I would love to hear it!
