Good for you! I know it takes a lot to keep this sort of thing going, but it really helps. I expect to see a message on here from you regularly, so please don't let me down! emoticon

I find that it is so easy to post to message boards and stay involved with Sparkpeople when I am doing good but when I gain back some weight or starting eating bad again, I don't like to admit it and I give up for a while. Not this time, my goal of losing 40 pounds by December 31 is still intact after gaining back 2 pounds and not eating right for a few days.
