I have heard that cottage cheese is a low carb staple. And you can mix it with red and green vegetables. And the occasional fruit.
I would recommend a small container. Just in case you have the same problem

I once was on the Atkins diet...I ate eggs all the time. Until one day, I tried to eat them, an gagged. Tried weeks later, gagged again. And it doesn't matter how they are prepared or if I add condiments. I can't eat them anymore. It makes me gag just thinking about them. ugh. They were my breakfast staple (and a breakfast recipes staple).
Now, I'm all messed up. I want something low carb and low calorie. Doesn't have to follow the Atkins diet, I have moved on from that. I've been eating greek yogurt with almonds, or turkey sausage, once in a while I eat oatmeal, but it has so many carbs.
Any no eggs, low carb, low calorie (under 250 calories) breakfast suggestions?
