Love the clean laundry story.
I had a huge pile of clothes that were way too small for me to wear when I weighed 219 pounds.
I discovered them after a forty pound weight loss.
They were way too big! I was happy/sad since some were oldies and goodies. My faves.
I found a good home for them and am happy to report they are living a good life now. So am I.
Have gone from a size 2X to a size 10, 12 now.
Time to clean out the closet again.
emoticon I thank you!

That's great! I found 2 boxes of clothes that I had packed when we moved 5 years ago. I guess I am the skinniest that I have been in 5 years, since they now fit. Some, however, are out of style! emoticon

emoticon Fantastic! I had a similar thing a few weeks back when I couldn't find anything to wear and I looked at the pile of clothes that I had earmarked for the Charity Shop (over a year ago) as they were too small. I'm so glad that I didn't get around to taking them to the shop as they now fit (mostly) and I have dropped off my "bigger" clothes instead.

It's a good feeling, isn't it? Hang on to it and keep going.

Louise xx

That IS a nice surprise: come for the laundry; stay for the smaller size.
Woo-hoo for YOU! Nice job.
I bet the was the happiest, smiliest load of laundry you've ever done!

Today is about two weeks since I do laundry. It turned out super for me because I had to go into the closet to find something to wear. I had to reach back to the stack of old clothes that is too small and I haven't gotten around to throwing out.

To my surprise, the clothes fit! Yay! It is the same size I've been wearing, but these were cut a little smaller than the others.

Now, the hard part: To stay the course until the New Year.
