Hi all! I'm interested in eliminating caffeine from my diet. I've done this off and on in the past, but it is a "gateway drug" for me. I tend to have cravings for more caffeine and sugar after my initial daily fix. My caffeine of choice is sweet tea. I'm hoping that by posting on here I can be more accountable to myself.
