I have cut out all added sugar since Aug 29 - anyone else in/up for the challenge? I still eat fruit, and whole wheat bread and skim milk, but no cookies, cake...really anything with the "bad" sugar....I'm trying to stay "clean" until Canadian Thanksgiving!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
