So here I am again. I fell off the wagon a few months ago due to relationship problems, school, and work stress. This year I have switched schools and got a newer, more labor intense job. I am hoping to hit my goals in a healthier way. Currently I practice boxing, but I run out of breath extremely fast ( under 15 min) which is becoming frustrating for me. I am hoping to meet some people to give me tips to help me work out more efficiently in short time periods. Gonna try to go from 265 to 190!
