I have for many years, like so many others, yo-yo'd back and forth with my weight. I have found that I am all or nothing and will lose weight when I have time to obsess on every bite, etc. I'm trying the No more diet app by Dr. Jenn which instead attempts to train you to stop and think before, during and after you eat to listen to your body signals. Anyone else try it and have success?
