It neither seems nor is silly at all! Do you realize that's a first step towards changing habits for the better? Good for you!

This might seem like a silly thing to be proud of, but last night I was driving home and wanted a milkshake soooooooo bad. BUT, I drove right past the shop and didn't even look back. It felt good. I just thought about all the reasons I didn't need 800 calories and all the long-term goals I have for myself!
