I hate when I let not having energy get the best of me. It's my biggest excuse. . . "i'm just too tired" I want to kick that one right out the door! It would help if I got more sleep. I want to try and make it a goal to get more sleep so that maybe I'll have to kick my own butt into actually doing it.

I have the same trouble...but need to work more on my diet and be more consistant with exercise
@Brigthidea05 would you call my hubby and tell him that? I tell him and he gives me the 'when I lose weight I'll have energy' excuse. Now that he has lost some due to medifast, he still doesn't show interest in physical activity but I'm hoping that will change due to changing attitudes of his fellow medifasters at work. His medifast coach said that physical exercise wasn't really necessary for his weight loss but my hubby and a few others have had to get the point across to him that his particular job actually has physical activity built in compared to them being desk jockeys... Having a bunch of unspent energy does make you feel tired, but start using it and sleep improves.

I remember thinking I had no energy to exercise..then realized I had no energy because I wasnt exercising
Make sure that you're not eating something that you're allergic to. Before I found out that I was allergic to corn, I was crashing on the couch at 8pm every night and sleeping alot on the weekends. After I got corn out of my system I got my energy back. It may not even be an allergy but something your body is having trouble processing. Another option is to take L Carnitine with vitamin C. It can boost energy. Granted, I get energy from my workout. Having alot of unspent energy can wear you out.

There are still some days I have NO ENERGY. Don't like this feeling at all but I keep with my regiment.
My wake up call to get healthy was the fact that every morning no matter how early I went to bed I was tired. I never had any energy. Just the short time that I have been doing Spark I feel better. I didn't realize how much sodium, fat, and calories I was taking in until I started to track it.
