Hi, if your like me, the weekends are very hard to stay on my diet. I use to do the buffet at home on weekends, eat what I wanted and now, I can't do that. I stay on the diet all week with absolutely No problem, then when the weekends come, I mess up and put back on the lbs I took of all week. So, Lets see how many can stay on the No Cheat Weekend * Go Boom * challenge. Let us know if you stayed on it on Saturday and Sunday without cheating. Or, just saturday, or just sunday. we can be here for each other to make it through the weekends. examples of what you did to stay on it, special treats, what ever helped you may help others.
