It doesn't matter so much about when your day starts, it's that you need to fuel up at that point, spread your meals out during your waking hours and eat good nutritious food.

Hi guys, I have been doing a Lot of reading about the importance of eating breakfast, but what about those of us that work at night and are coming in to go to sleep in the morning? What is a good alternate for those mornings?
