I checked your account and your reports came up for me. You may need to check your firewall settings to see if something has changed. If you are behind a firewall you can try to open up Port 2005. This should allow you to see your graphs. Unfortunately we cannot provide more details on how to open this Port, since there are thousands of firewalls on the market today.

Haven't been able to see the graphs since your remodel. Just blanks space where the graphs should be. No pie charts either. Spark, what settings can I change to correct the problem?

I'm thrilled with the updates! Charts are easier to read, my computer will actually load all of them, the Spark funnies make me laugh until my tummy hurts, the daily song suggestions.....go Spark!
I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.
I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

I like the new updated page as well. I also, like to be able to hear different songs that is feature each day.
Progress may be slow, but it happens! No such thing as last place only finishers.

I like the graphs on the new Daily Feedback page, too. But the couple graphs I've looked at on the Reports tab are much less readable than the old ones were. Hopefully there's still some tweaks to be made!
