Hello DOIN911,

Being an example is an excellent way to lead. Doing this for you is a favor that will reward you for a lifetime. I wish you every success on your journey....and fun along the way!

Well I just got engaged to the love of my life on Christmas Eve.....It gives me new motivation to want to get the weight that I have packed on over the last 7 years off. I have gained 75 lbs and I am now pre-diabetic I can't believe I allowed myself to get like this. In the past it has been very rough keeping the motivation going so I need help.
My Fiance is also overweight and he is diabetic but he eats like he doesn't have diabetis and I have been eating right along with him. I am sick of trying to get him to eat healthy,so I am going to be selfish and worry about me right now. Maybe I can lead by example

I can not control everything in life but I can and will control my weight!
