I'm new to this and have a daunting 7/8 stone to lose. There's soooo much information I don't know where to start.
I am from the UK and one of my worries is that food tracker won't be synchronised to our diet here. Also a little unsure about the calorie count as supposed to have 1600 a day at current weight does anyone else have this issue?
Anyway stressed and daunted but determined to lose this weight someone. I'm sick of feeling like I'm dragging another person around with me is very depressing :(.
