Welcome! SP is a great site with everything you need to be a healthier you. Members are really helpful and supportive. One of the best ways to stay accountable is to be active on your Spark Teams. Plus it's a good way to make new friends who have similar interests or challenges.

There are challenges that will weigh-in weekly and you can join some of them if you like. Look up biggest loser challenges, or fall weight loss challenges. They may not be starting right away but some should be starting soon with the changes in the seasons. Also depending on the team you may be able to find one or two that do that on their own. Looking through the teams is very helpful. They will certainly help you build support! Good Luck!

Just started with SP and am learning to navigate the website. Like other members I have lost the same 40 pounds multiple times only to put it back on when the program or challenge is over. What I have learned from my last experience is that I need a support system that is accepting but also provides accountability. I don't have a local support system so I am hoping that the SP cyber community will be there for me. Is there a forum or challenge that involves weekly weigh in postings? There is so much content on this website I could spend hours reading everything!
