I joined back in May but I just wasn't able to keep up with all the tracking of the food and all the things SP offers....I started to gain weight again so I began walking 2 miles a day and doing Yoga classes 3-4 times a week which I love and I have not lost any weight in the last 2 weeks I am really trying. I have to learn how to use this website so I was hoping to get some other people that would like to share some of their weight loss stories with me. I have a long way to go but what is important I am going now....

Well we have 2 things in common, trying to lose weight and Jimmie Johnson! I just started yesterday. I am still trying to figure it all out! We can do it!

Hi, I am new to Spark People. I have had people tell me it has worked for them so I thought what the heck I have tried everything else. I am hoping to make the most out of this.
