Welcome and I'm glad you are connected again. I hope you can dive into the site and really immerse yourself in the Community, cuz there is a lot of help to be had on spark People. Read the articles, join a couple of Teams, read the posts and blogs of all those motivational members, especially the ones who are doing this in the face of major disabilities or a lot to lose. They really help me stay mobilized. Use the trackers religiously. And be sure to blog about your journey! Hang in there and you will see success as June gets closer. Spark ON!

Hi, All y'all, This is my first post to the message board. I began the program; then my computer died so was off for 3 weeks. Back again and need all the help I can get. Going to a wedding in June and don't want those pictures showing what I'm seeing now! Have a Super day, Everyone!
