Hello everyone my real name is Carol and currently I weigh 166 pounds, I want to get down around 125-130 which is still supposedly too much for my height but it's comfortable where I am at now is no longer comfortable. I need all the inspiration and friends I can get and so far this has been a great site to help motivate me and keep me on track. I've only been doing this for 5 days but went over my calories and everything else one day with little bitty tootsie rolls and a handful of fritos but needed calories last night when I was craving a candy bar so I guess I'm doing pretty well just would like to see pounds dropping.

Hi everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been on the site since March 2012 but haven't actually used it. I've been using another site but i wanted to give Sparkpeople.com a chance.
Anyways, a little background: Highest weight recorded at 310lbs back about a year ago. Currently I am 262 but my lowest was 245lbs. I am ready to get back at it HARDCORE! & I wouldn't mind making some new friends along the way.
My motivation is my new wardrobe my Mom bought me for Christmas that I need to fit into, until I get too small for it :D Joining the Navy when I reach the weight requirement of 163lbs, & living healthy for my daughter!
