Hi I'm a newbie too! Just joined today. I exercise quite a lot, every other day if I can, but I've just gained 2 pounds since last Tuesday. and I'm really worried. My Mum tends to fly off the handle if I gain over 2 pounds. I drank about 7 bottles of water yesterday, and I'm wondering if I could have put it on from that. I haven't been very well over the weekend too. Let me just tell you this, I'm a compulsive eater, so I eat things I shouldn't.
