Thanks everyone! I'm on day 2! I appreciate all your advice and when I get home tonight I'll have more time to look at all these things. Weight Watchers is a good program. But for reason not working for me this time. (I've done it before and it worked great). But this time I am constantly hungry. I don't think I was eating enough calories so I'm hoping that this program will help.

I hope everyone has a great and successful Tuesday!

Hi I'm a newbie too! Just joined today. I exercise quite a lot, every other day if I can, but I've just gained 2 pounds since last Tuesday. and I'm really worried. My Mum tends to fly off the handle if I gain over 2 pounds. I drank about 7 bottles of water yesterday, and I'm wondering if I could have put it on from that. I haven't been very well over the weekend too. Let me just tell you this, I'm a compulsive eater, so I eat things I shouldn't.
please help.

Welcome to SP! Start on the SparkPoints page. It will give you things to do to earn points and that will help you get familiar with the site. Good luck with your goals.

I just began on SP too. I started out navigating the nutrition tracker. Once you figure that out, the rest will come easy. This site contains a wealth of information, have fun with it!

How did you do on Weight Watchers? I am interested to hear how you compare these 2 programs.
Good luck in your journey!

Welcome to SparkPeople! I'd try SparkCoach for a couple of days to get used to the site. You get a free 7 day trial when you join.

I'm just learning how to navigate this whole SparkPeople thing! Any suggestions to make it easy? I am converting from Weight Watcher to Spark People.
