This is such a great site for resources, tools and support. I started two years ago and have maintained a 50 lb loss for nearly a year. I use the nutrition tracker daily!
You might consider creating a Spark page and joining a team or two to meet like-minded people.

Hello everyone! I've been hanging around at BiggestLoser.com for the past few weeks, but since I hear they're about to start charging for access, I decided to migrate over to this site and give it a try. I'm 52 and live in southeastern Michigan with my husband and our cat, and work in the office of a home health care company. I've struggled with weight all my life, and currently have at least 50 pounds to send packing for good. Motivation can be tough for me to sustain, but I know I can do it if I just apply myself persistently -- I lost 80 pounds about 12 years ago, but slowly started to gain it all back six or seven years ago after a double-whammy of marriage and menopause. So, heeeere we go again! Looking to give and get support, learn new things, and keep myself honest by being accountable to others... :)
