This is only my 2nd day with SP. I found it by accident while cruising the web to find a carb counter. This looks much better - so much better that I encouraged my sis-in-law to sign up as well! I am excited by all the "help" on this site: trackers, blogs, forums, etc.
I have a goal to meet before my 60th birthday in April. But more than that, I want a better life which I believe will come with a better lifestyle. I'm not getting younger, and have only this one chance to be as healthy as possible. That is my biggest goal.
I thank you for this forum. The St Pat challenge looks like a great place for me to start so I'll take the plunge.
I look forward to "meeting" all of you over the next several weeks.
