Hello TICTIC63 - Glad you are on the road to a healthier you!! I have to admit, if it wasn't for my dogs I would not have been as consistent as I am. They are truly God's best gift to man.

Here I am up and not yet at em. But I am just a few minutes from walking the dog. I definitely can tell that my head is in the right frame of mind. I so want to improve my health. After suffering for eleven years with fibromyalgia, I want to take the bull by the horns, and fly. I know there are still going to be bad days, but I will push through them, and continue down the road to freedom. Now, with the diagnosis of prediabetes, I must persevere. There is no longer any room in my life for giving up on correct eating and exercise. It is time to fly above the "I can't.", and find the courage to win. Please encourage me if you understand. I will hopefully encourage you too. Now I am going for my first walk of the day with my dog, Toab. Have as successful day. emoticon
