Hi All~ New to this site, so here's my intro post.
I'm 28, have been working hard on diet and exercise since Jan. 2013. I've lost about 40lbs so far, and I'm feeling great, but I need to lose another 130 lbs to get to my goal weight. . I've come to Sparks looking for some community support and motivation to keep going. I won't give up, so I'm arming myself with the tools I need to persevere, I believe this community will help me immensely.
My mantra is, put one foot in front of the other, with that I will get where I need to be, one step at a time.
