I am also new I am hopeing to be a little more involved and open about my dieting and working out a lot more I hope this site gives me a little more of a push. it looks like there is great menus plus workout tips all over this site

Hello my name is Marsha. I guess I signed up to hold myself accountable for my goals. I have high blood pressure and would like to get weight off so that I can come off my medicine. I have tried other things but they don't seem to work. I am thankful for any advice and any tips and help.
