Welcome to Sparkpeople!

Vancouver is such a lovely place. I enjoyed my visit there. I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

Hi! I line in Vancouver but travel a lot to the states. I joined because I needed to stay motivated and this was something I could do anywhere and anytime. I am married with two fur babies. I enjoy walking, running and golfing. Glad I joined!
