Hello and Welcome to SparkPeople!

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!
* Diet is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate! emoticon emoticon

I've just started but I am going with the basics for now (jump rope, resistance bands, etc) It helps that I have fitness-minded co-workers who like to trade workout tips on 3rd shift with me :)

Welcome! How is fitness going for you so far? What types of exercises have you tried? They have some great exercise videos on this website that are only 7 to 10 minutes long. That might help you get started.
