Congrats on the baby and good job getting started early with trying to lose your baby fat :) I have six pregnancies worth that I've been trying to lose since the first one almost nine years ago... yep... it is the world's hardest fat to lose because everyone makes your children an excuse for you.

You found the right site. I came on here in January and found it to be the easiest and smartest laid out health and fitness site I could imagine. Just click around, find all the beginning info and get started. In setting up my info and goal, it put me on an easy and attainable plan and it has not failed me yet. Plus, all the people are awesome. Keep the faith

Hi everyeone. I'm a new mom (my son is 5 months old) with a new full time job that is new to spark people. I am looking for the motivation to get back into shape. I'm pretty sure I've gained more weight since being on maternity leave for 4 months lol. I am looking to get healthy agian for myself and my family.
