yes the food tracker is am awesome tool. Have you read some of the articles about hate to workout ?There are some good ideas , also there is a team .Have you tried just 10 minutes a day ??

Hello, I am new to this, posting I mean.. I have been with Spark a few years but stopped awhile back tracking. I started to change my diet a week ago and so far so good. It is easy to see how all those calories rose so high when I wasn't tracking without even knowing it. I hope to lose about 57 pounds, but I absolutely hate working out. Nice to be here.
