My name is John, I just joined this site on 27 Jan 2013. I am getting back in shape after not working out in like 8 years (since I left the Army)..I know that is a long time, but I finally had enough. Need to lose like 40 lbs, down 7 as of this post. My real goal is to just get back to where I was in Army, that will not be easy lol but I can do it!! Another goal is to stay off the Cigs, been 6 days since I smoked last.
