aim for at least 5 servings of veggies and 2 servings of fruit a day tackle a clutter spot each day. use less salt make EXERCISE a habit and be a better person even to those who make life 'interesting' (!@#$)

I don't make resolutions. That only gives me something to break and feel bad about.
But I do spend some time at New Year's reflecting on the past year and forming goals and plans for the upcoming one. This year, I will set some goals related to exercise minutes (probably 7500 for the year) and pounds to lose.(10 - 15). I'll also set a financial goal or two (savings target) and maybe something related to my career.

After all these years, my resolution is to not waste time making resolutions, they don't stick, nothing magic about the New Year, and so forth. In fact, making a resolution seems to guarantee that you won't stick to it, rather than help...................
