Walnuts are a great source of omega 3's and will provide some crunch... eating just 4 walnuts per day can keep your heart healthy. Start doing this today. Add to yogurt, salads, or just eat them plain.

Get Fat Free Seasoned croutons add 5 to your salads...a small difference or try imitation bacon bits, chickpeas, slivered almonds, capers, or black olives which are a bit salty and have healhty fats.

Romaine is high in nutritional value and so is spinach. So skip the iceberg lettuce. Kale is also good and loaded with fiber. The darker green, the better.
Sunflower seeds, Seasame seeds, matchstick carrots.....

or how about a few chow mein noodles for crunch?

glad you are liking it. Can't do it tho...I have to limit my fruits to 1 a day to manage my hypoglycemia.... And have to eat lots of protein for the same reason.

My husband and I just started this new way of eating its called eat to live any body else ever tried it ... Lots of fruits and veggies... I really would like something with crunch salt ...
