I have been trying to loose weight for eight years now. I had gained 83 pounds during my pregnancy. My husband is VERY good at spoiling me. LOL But I struggle with anxiety and panic disorders. I have had very hard time getting my heart rate up without a surge of panic EVEN though logically I know it is good for me. I eat very healthy, MOST of the time. I am very busy and I think the only thing that is missing is the exercise and support. I truly hope to loose this weight ( 60 pounds ) before I am 40 wellll maybe half of that now that time is running out. My 40 th is October 29 2013.
So far I love this site... I love the reports. And now I am reaching out for the support. :)
