My name is Raul and I am in the military. Went from being very good at fitness to letting myself go a bit due to stress. Climbing back on the fitness horse and just need some help along the way. I currently weigh 195 lbs and looking to get back to the 170's. I started back on HCG because I had HUGE success with it and lost over 40 lbs and kept it off for over 3.5 years! After life and stress got in the way I stopped going to the gym and gained almost half back. I am disgusted with myself but want to get back to where I was. Good thing I found this page and looking forward to what anyone has to say.
