Check around the SP website and you'll find a recipe section and all kinds of information on exercise, including videos, etc.

You could try adding some strength training exercises into your routine. There are a lot of great videos on SparkPeople.

In the spring, I plan on pulling out the bike and the bike trailor for the kids and biking everywhere. My problem area is my stomach so I try to focus my exercises to that area haha

Oh my gosh you sound alot like myself .I have 70 lbs to lose also and i am doing zumba.Just wanted to say welcome.I am also new to this site.I have three kids and my youngest is 29 months.Maybe you can try riding a bike.

Welcome!! I am new to spark people as well but i know that encouragement is key to success! Not sure if you are on or aware of a website called Pinterest but there are many recipes on there that appear to be easy and healthy. There are also various workouts/excercise ideas that may fit into your busy lifestyle! Great job though with already doing Zumba and your walks! Keep up the good (but hard) work and i am sure that you will see the other 70lbs fall!

Hi Everyone, I am new to this site. I have put myself on many diets before, but after a few months I stop because I get bored. I have approximately 70lbs to lose to be at my goal weight. I am a mother of two and my life gets very busy at times. Anyone have any suggestions for some quick and easy recipes? Or some exercise I can incorporate into my daily routine? I already do Zumba for 1hr a day, plus walk my two dogs for 45 mins each. Not to mention the household chores and running after my 18m old. Need something that will work.
