Stick with it! It isn't easy, especially at first but it works.

It is pretty crazy how much sodium is in things. It's very hard for me to stay within the allotted range. I have learned a lot about how much sodium are in things.

My best advice is make a reasonable goal and stick to it. It won't be easy and it is a journey. Good luck!

Well today is my second day here. I must say I feel a little overwhelmed. I like how the nutrition tracker keeps you honest but it also shows where I am definitely off on some areas. I was surprised that I had actually ingested the amount of sodium that is showed. But I will take it as another life lesson. I am glad I am surrounded by so many dedicated and understanding members. I gladly accept any support or advice.
