Hello everyone i am very glad to have found this web site, I have just recently changed my eating habits like salad, yogurt,snap peas,smart one meals,no red meat and started going to the gym everyday. Even though it has only been a week of doing so i was hoping to have lost at least a pound :( i have lost nothing, very frustrating. Any ideas what i can do differently? I did notice with the sparks meal planner that i am not getting to my goal calories for the day not sure if that is the problem or not. Thank you for listening to me vent hope everyone has a great day...
